  • What is a "Dealer Fee"

    A "Dealer Fee" is a fee the lender charges either the installer or the customer for financing the solar system.

  • Is there any way to get around the Solar "Dealer Fee"?

    Yes. You can pay cash for your system and avoid the fee, the interest rate and long-term debt and reduce the cost of the system further after you receive the federal ITC (Income Tax Credit) of 30%. A savings of approximately 70%. Additional State Specific incentives are available.

  • Will my property taxes increase?

    No.

  • Will my property value go up?

    Yes.

  • What type of Solar Panels and inverter are available?

    Most popular panels are either Polycrystalline (+- 18%) or Monocrystalline (+- 20%) and have a different efficiency %,. Both are available in different wattages.  Inverters are available depending on the shading conditions and roof space available. Micro inverters or optimizers are best for shading situations.
